Our Markforged Mark 2 3D printer running a job for a FTSE 100 company over Xmas. It uses a proprietary mateial called Onyx. Onyx is micro carbon filled nylon and offers excellent heat resistance, surface finish and chemical resitance. It can add kevlar, fibre glass or carbon fibre to strengthen parts and make them stronger than aluminium.
